It is good that Sarah Palin went too Haiti but the question i have is what is the real reason for the trip? to boost her political career and most American do see the publicity that see is getting (her daughter Bristol on dancing with the stars) come on she resigned as gov of Alaska now she gets her name mentioned and it turns to a house hold name across the country do not be surorised if she runs for the pres. in the coming years she is being groomed to do so now but by who's hand and for what reasons have yet to be seen (if you resign you are a quiter? she did, she gave up on one state what do you think she'll do for the country as a whole)

If you see some video footage of her trip you will see the good work she did there. I just don't feel every single thing is about politics. She and Obama for that matter are right to take advantage of there celebrity where they can do some good and where they can win elections for themselves or others. I feel she made a smart move to leave office. If she waitied to long the season could have passed. Look how many people she has reached in doing so. This is no different than when Obama left the senate so early in his career to run for president.

I am impressed by how many people Sarah Palin is reaching. Look at me a Center Left Democrat that is supporter of many things she is doing. I like to be fair. It pains me to see the sander that she got on some of my favorite MSNBC programs for going to Haiti.

If want to to talk about someone that that is phony, it not Sarah. I think McCain is the phony one. She should have been at the top of the ticket in my opinion.

Sarah Palin has definitely helped expose fault on both the Right and Left. Whether she wins in 2012 or not she has definitely forced both sides to step up there game and pay more attention to what the people want. She may disagree but I feel her and Obama have that in common.

For the first time in a long time I think many on the Left are reconsidering there positions on abortion and other issues, I am. I also like the show about alaska. I was raised on wild game because my Dad is waterfowl hunter. I will admit things like that scored points with me. I'm just being honest which a lot of Democrats and Republicans won't do. Most just swallow any slanted news that is against the other side.I split my ticket all the time. This is America. People will always have to earn my vote. Obama earned it in 2008 and at present. We will see what things are looking like in 2012 and 2016.
I'm still upset with many Democrats in congress because of there resistance to the Tax Bill that Obama worked out with the Republicans. All those mean hypocritical things they said.
